The online shop, in plain words
Can I ask for a deposit only?
Yes. A percentage or a fixed amount, with a minimum deposit if you want. The rest is shown as “to pay at the counter”.
Can my customers pay on site?
Yes. You choose: online payment, payment at the counter, or both and the customer decides.
How does click & collect work?
You set a preparation time. Collection slots follow your opening hours, and the customer can order ahead.
Can I deliver and set fees by area?
Yes. You create zones by postcode, town or area, each with its own fee, a minimum order and free delivery above an amount.
Do orders earn loyalty points?
Yes, if you link the tool to a card. Points are credited on payment and the Wallet card updates by itself.
Can a customer use a reward in their order?
Yes: a free item, a discount in euros or as a percentage, applied before payment. You stay in control with a minimum amount.
Is an app needed to order?
No. One scan of the QR Code opens your page, the cart and the payment in the browser, with nothing to install.
Who receives the money?
You do. Funds land in your bank account, never in a myQR account. The customer's card never goes through your page.
Is it included in the free plan?
No. The online shop needs the PRO plan at 44,99 €/month or PREMIUM, plus a verified payment account.
