Hosting

The service is hosted on the Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google does not publish a dedicated telephone support line for this infrastructure: contact is made through the Google Cloud / Firebase console, and legal notices at legal-notices@google.com.

Data is stored in Google regions located in the United States. The safeguards covering these transfers and the processors involved are detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The myQR.re brand, logo, visual identity, texts, interface and code of the service are protected and remain the property of WinzUp. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Content published by client businesses on their public pages (texts, photos, logos, menus) remains their property and is their sole responsibility.

Personal data and cookies

Personal data processing, retention periods, recipients and how to exercise your rights are described in the Privacy Policy. The terms of use of the service are set out in the Terms of Use and the Terms of Sale.

Reporting content

myQR.re hosts the public pages created by its client businesses. Any content considered unlawful may be reported to myqr.re@gmail.com, stating the exact address of the page concerned, a description of the content and the grounds for the report.

Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to applicable mandatory rules.
